After more than twenty years in the Boston market, he now calls Vermont home, where he helps clients find, design, and enjoy properties that connect them to the outdoors and the slower pace of mountain life.

Will began his real estate career in Boston, building deep relationships with area brokers, developers, and tradespeople. In 2004 he founded The Boston Home Team, creating innovative marketing opportunities for clients and helping the brand earn its strong reputation for thoughtful strategy and exceptional service. Today, that same spirit continues through the team led by Meredith Smith and BJ Ray at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty.

Now based in Vermont, Will owns and manages Vermont Backcountry Cottages and continues to work with clients seeking unique vacation homes and investment properties across the region. The Boston Home Team proudly refers clients to Will for expert guidance in Vermont, and he continues to send his longtime Boston clients to the team with full confidence in the shared values that connect their work.
