About Meredith Smith

Meredith Smith is the co-leader of The Boston Home Team at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty. With more than a decade in real estate and twenty years in Boston, she brings calm expertise and genuine connection to every client experience. She leads with thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and care that extends well beyond the closing.

Before real estate, Meredith worked in food media at America’s Test Kitchen and Serious Eats, where she learned the art of testing, refining, and perfecting what works best. That same mindset guides her in helping clients make confident, informed decisions. Having owned and renovated several homes and investment properties, she understands firsthand what goes into managing projects, adding value, and building long-term wealth through real estate.

A longtime Somerville resident, Meredith lives with her husband and their dog, Murph, the team’s unofficial mascot. Outside of work, she’s often in the garden, at the ceramics studio, or cooking for friends and family.
