About Beth Moloney

Elizabeth Moloney has been the Transaction Manager for The Boston Home Team since 2018. She oversees every aspect of the transaction process from contract to close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear, consistent communication for clients and agents alike.

 

Beth brings a sharp eye for detail, calm adaptability, a love of collaboration, and a keen sense of humor shaped by more than twenty years as a professional stage manager. Her career took her from London to Seattle and back again, including work on Broadway productions such as The Pitmen Painters, Doubt, and You’re Welcome America starring Will Ferrell. The experience strengthened her timing, precision, and ability to keep complex productions running seamlessly, skills she now applies to every transaction she manages.

 

A second-generation Jamaica Plain native, Beth lives in Providence with her wife, their daughter, a rescue dog, and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her daughter’s lacrosse teams, watching the WNBA, traveling with her family, and sharing a good cup of tea.
