Maybe you don’t care to cook or you just enjoy going out on Thanksgiving Day for dinner. There are several great Boston restaurants providing a turkey dinner or a non-traditional or even vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner for 2018. Here are some of the top choices throughout the city.


A three-court holiday meal will be served for dinner at Deuxave this year. This mean will provide the first course, which could be the delicious spiced heirloom pumpkin soup or the duck confit. The Main court will provide a traditional turkey option, along with a turducken option, braised beef short ribs or a slow-roasted salmon option. All entree options will come with sides. The desert offers you a choice of apple tatin, classic s’mores or pecan pie.

This three-course meal will be served from 12pm – 8pm for $89. They also have a wine pairing for an additional $40 per person. You can find Deuxave at 371 Commonwealth Avenue.

Beat Brew Hall

The Thanksgiving Dinner at Beat Brew Hall will feature plenty of great choices. Enjoy roast organic turkey, shrimp and grits, prime rib, venison loin or a grain bowl with salmon or made vegan. Plenty of traditional sides will be provided and you can start with one of the many appetizers including ahi tuna or butternut squash soup. Dessert will be pie with apple, cherry or pecan as the choices.

The meal will cost $55 per person and will be served from 11am to 10pm. The Beat Brew Hall is found at 13 Brattle Street in Cambridge.

Legal Sea Foods


Providing both a traditional turkey dinner with a sausage stuffing and a stuffed lobster option, Legal Sea Foods is a great choice for Thanksgiving dinner. There are several locations throughout the Boston area including Park Square, Long Wharf, Legal Crossing, Legal Harborside, Kendal Square and Charles Square.

The cost is $25 per person for the traditional option and $9 for children. They will also be offering their normal menu. Thanksgiving dinner will be served from 12pm to 8pm at most locations.

The Merchant

Offering both a la carte and prix-fixe options The Merchant provides an excellent choice for Thanksgiving dinner. The prix fixe meal will start with an appetizer and you’ll enjoy a traditional turkey dinner. You can also enjoy sea trout, steak frites or roasted delicata squash if you prefer. The meal will finish with a bourbon pecan pie or chocolate and cherry bread pudding.

The Merchant will offer Thanksgiving dinner from 12pm to 8pm for $55 per person for the prix-fixe dinner. They are located at 60 Franklin Street.

It’s highly recommended that you make a reservation very soon if you want to enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner at one of these restaurants. If you forget to make a reservation or you don’t do it quickly enjoy, you can head to the Chinatown area of Boston. This is also a great place for dining if you don’t prefer turkey and you prefer a less traditional meal for Thanksgiving.
