The Story
Delfino was started by Stephen Judge. Stephen comes from a large Italian family and he decided to start the restaurant using some of the best family recipes passed down over generations directly from Italy.
When Stephen met his wife Joyce, the vision for Delfino began. It was always meant for Roslindale Square and the vision was always to put it within this great location.
The restaurant was opened in the fall of 2001 and quickly became a success. After nearly two decades. Delfino has become a staple in Roslindale and one of Boston’s best Italian restaurants.
The restaurant offers dishes coming from Bologna, Naples, and Rome with plenty of favorites on the menu. It’s all about the family recipes and the talented chef’s here as the dishes are handcrafted to perfection.
