Top Spots in the Area (according to our home sellers)
District Kitchen is one of our favorite Chinese spots, Crying Thaiger has some of the best Thai food in Boston, Mineirao is a brand new Brazilian steakhouse, and Darna is our favorite lunch spot for shawarma.
Our two favorite coffee shops in the area are Jitters Cafe and Bikeeny (which also turns into a Moldovan restaurant by night!).
We love a craft beer, and we are down the street from two delicious breweries, Idle Hands and Faces. Right down the street Mystic Station provides a fantastic beer menu and burgers, and the owner always remembers us and makes sure to say hi!
Also, even though the house is in a more residential area of Malden, hidden amongst the houses is Jim's Market, our greatest hidden gem where you can get some of the most creative deli sandwiches ever.
We also love being so close to all of the fun things the Malden "Gaming District" has to offer. It's an easy walk to Boda Borg, mini golf, karaoke, and a rock climbing gym.
This part of Malden is close to so many beautiful green spaces. We are just a block away from the Fells, and there are many other parks within walking distance. There are tennis courts nearby. New bike lanes, a bus, or a lovely 20 minute walk make it super convenient to get to the hustle and bustle of Malden Center where all the good stuff is! Super close to public transportation, the house is right on a bus line, and it’s an easy walk to the Orange Line. Neighbors are super friendly and are always willing to help out when you need to borrow a power-washer, have someone check in on your cat, or just want to chat!
