Roslindale Real Estate
Living in Roslindale
You think you know Roslindale? Are you sure? As a buyer’s agent in the Roslindale real estate market, I find this to be one of the most underrated neighborhoods in the city. It may not yet be known for its nightlife, restaurant culture or shopping, but don’t underestimate Roslindale. It has a great blend of old and new, offering a very high quality of life.

Something for everyone
Sometimes it amazes me that Roslindale hasn’t been more successful than even Jamaica Plain or West Roxbury for one reason in particular: The Village. While Jamaica Plain and West Roxbury are laid out lengthwise along Centre Street, Roslindale Village is a tidy, walkable four square blocks. There are scores of little shops, restaurants, bars, a cheese shop, a wine shop, a grocery store, a drug store and a library. Get my point? If Roslindale Village doesn’t have it, you probably don’t need it!
Roslindale is for foodies!
You read that right! You don’t have to go to the North End to get the best Italian food in Boston. Try Delphino Restaurant in the Village. Check it out and tell me I’m wrong! Or visit Sophia’s Grotto for an intimate setting, Birch Street Bistro for a sophisticated vibe, or Redd’s in Rozzie for its constantly changing, always local, always in-season menu. Don’t miss the weekend farmers market and keep your eyes peeled for the year-round farmers market and farm-to-table restaurant being developed across from the Village Green, coming soon!
