We earned our reputation as a data-centric real estate group many years ago. But through many iterations, team name and URL changes, new business, the thread was lost. We’ve always been sharing our data insights with our clients, but we didn’t make it public. And because we foolishly felt that much of our older content had become archaic, we abandoned tranches of blog content. Where it resides out there on the interwebs, we may never know!

But that’s okay. There’s something to be said for starting anew with a clean slate. So we here at the BHT are committing to bringing reliable, original, and helpful content to our site consistently. There’s always a story to tell or information to share in the real estate world and we aim to do just that.

We’re also planning to invite some outside voices from our community to contribute their thoughts and opinions too. We’re excited for 2023 and the challenges that will come along too. Bring it!!
