William Brokhof has earned his experience by working with the best in the business, having spent the early part of his career administering sales and marketing for the one of the principals of Prudential Unlimited Realty. His first year, he was presented with the “Rookie of the Year,” “Over 5 million dollars in sales” and “Leading Edge” (over $130,000 GCI) awards. Since then, he received the “Leading Edge” award for several years, and now, he is proud to add his 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 “President’s Circle” (over $200,000 GCI) awards to this prestigious list. Through the years, he has developed strong connections with area brokers, developers, and trades people, gaining priceless experience and skill in negotiations, marketing and sales. In 2004 he developed The Boston Home Team in response to an overwhelming increase in his sales volume. The Boston Home Team is dedicated to creating unique marketing opportunities for our clients and providing maximum exposure in a very competitive market.
In 2013, he decided it was time to take his well-developed brand and join up with several other seasoned, veteran agents and form Boston Real Estate Cooperative. The “coop” was created because he realized that his clients didn’t give a darn about the corporate affiliation he was associated with. They cared about service, personal relationships, work ethic and his ability to get the job done effectively and efficiently. Cutting the corporate vigorish out of the equation allows those of us at Boston Real Estate Cooperative to have more control of how our marketing dollars are spent so the client benefits directly.
